The MUSC-1T3 Enclosure from Banner Engineering is the metal control-box housing designed for Banner’s MULTI-SCREEN System, intended to consolidate two sensor-pair channels into a single, rugged enclosure. Inside it, the MUSC-1 microprocessor controller module works with a replaceable relay board that uses forced-guided relays to manage the two light-beam sensor inputs, while a built-in power supply powers the control electronics and the sensor channels. The enclosure features a lockable door and is rated NEMA 13 (IP64), providing protection against dust and moisture in demanding industrial environments. A keyed panel reset switch enables a safe power-up or fault reset, and a single-digit diagnostic display visible through a clear window in the door helps identify trouble causes. The system includes two alignment indicators (one per light screen) to simplify setup and monitoring, along with a programmable auto power-up feature for streamlined operation.
