OTBA5 is Banner Engineering’s OTB Series momentary-action optical touch button with a Black Field Cover, designed for touch-activated control in industrial panels and automation systems. It provides a momentary SPDT electromechanical relay output when the surface is touched and is specified for operation from 120 V AC, making it suitable for standard control circuits in manufacturing environments. The unit ships with a 2-meter cable to simplify panel wiring, and the standard OTBA5 housing is crafted from polysulfone, with a closely related OTBA5L variant using a polycarbonate upper housing.
