This right-angle model from Banner’s P4 PresencePLUS family captures imagery from the side of a part to verify presence, orientation, and shape within a defined field, enabling fast, automated decisions without flipping or reorienting parts. The P4O1 family includes variants such as the P4O1.3R, a right-angle configuration that delivers higher-resolution imaging (up to 1.3 megapixels) for more detailed inspections, along with other inline and right-angle options that support grayscale imaging and higher-resolution variants. Typical applications span packaging validation, component orientation checks, label and feature verification, and general presence/absence inspections in assembly and quality control processes.
