Banner Engineering PBA-1 Multi-Bean Power Block Assembly

PBA-1 is Banner Engineering’s MULTI-BEAM 3- and 4-wire AC power block that powers emitter-only scanner blocks from 105 to 130 VAC. It provides DC power to emitter assemblies in the MULTI-BEAM family, with outputs designated for emitters only and without the additional output circuitry found in other power block models. The block supports emitter models SBE, SBED, SBEX, SBEV, SBEXD, SBEF, and SBEXF, and because emitter assemblies do not require logic modules, PBA-1 helps reduce overall system cost by omitting integrated logic in the power block. In a MULTI-BEAM configuration, this power block is wired directly to the AC line, delivering the necessary power to the emitters while the corresponding sensing logic remains housed in compatible Banner emitters or separate logic modules.
