Banner Engineering PD49VN6LLPQ Photoelectric Sensor

PD49VN6LLPQ is Banner Engineering’s rugged PicoDot photoelectric sensor that uses polarized retro laser optics to reliably sense retroreflective targets. It detects objects from 0.2 to 10.6 meters away and delivers a complementary NPN output when powered by 10–30 V DC. The unit ships with a 150 mm (6 in) M12 quick-disconnect pigtail for straightforward wiring. As part of Banner's PicoDot PD49 family, it is designed for harsh industrial environments where space is limited; its polarization feature helps suppress false triggers from ambient light on conveyors, packaging lines, and automated assemblies that rely on reflective markings or labels for position sensing or counting.
