PIT66U Plastic Fiber Optic Cable is Banner Engineering’s 2 m bulk, inline plastic fiber designed to extend the reach of Banner inline fiber optic sensing systems. It uses a 1.5 mm core diameter plastic fiber with a polyethylene jacket and a free-cut, unterminated end for field terminations. The fiber length is 2 m, with a 40 mm minimum bend radius and a maximum operating temperature of 70 C. The cable provides an in-line beam exit, enabling routing around machinery while keeping the fiber path compact, and it is offered specifically as a 2 m option for mid-range deployments in automation, packaging, and other industrial environments.
