Banner Engineering PVA225N6EQ Light Screen Emitter is the emitter half of Banner’s PVA Series compact part-verification light-screen pair. The 225 mm array is designed for a 2 m sensing range when paired with its receiver and is powered from 12–30 V DC with 2 m integral cables included in the assembly. In the PVA225N6 configuration, the complete emitter/receiver array uses a 225 mm long, multi-beam layout to create a light-screen for error-proofing bin-picking and part-verification tasks; the receiver provides an NPN (sinking) output for straightforward connection to PLCs and control circuits. This configuration supports precise detection across the 225 mm beam span, making it suitable for high-throughput picking workflows where verifying the presence or absence of parts is critical.
