Banner Engineering PVD100Q is a four‑beam, one‑piece Part Verification Array sensor, 100 mm long, designed to verify presence of parts on chutes, bins, or in automated assemblies. The device uses four beams spaced 28.6 mm apart, creating a 100 mm sensing face with a 51 mm sensing resolution to detect parts reliably across a range of sizes, with maximum sensing distances listed at 400 mm (short range) and 2000 mm (long range) depending on configuration.
