Banner Engineering Q126EQ5 Photoelectric Sensor

The Q126EQ5 is the emitter unit of Banner Engineering's WORLD-BEAM Q12 Series miniature through-beam photoelectric sensor, delivering a 2 m sensing range in a compact 12.4 x 8.0 x 26.6 mm plastic housing. It is powered from 10–30 V DC and provides no outputs itself, designed to pair with a corresponding receiver to form a complete through-beam pair. The emitter uses a 150 mm (6 in) M12 quick-disconnect cable (4-core, 0.34 mm²) and has an IP67-rated enclosure for rugged industrial environments. The optical path is an opposed-mode emitter with a 640 nm visible red beam and a visible red LED indicator signaling operation. As part of the Q12 Series, it is intended to pair with a matching receiver to detect objects across a beam path on conveyors, packaging lines, and automation setups, enabling reliable presence detection in tight spaces.
