The Q12RB6FF50Q is Banner Engineering’s World-Beam Q12 Series fixed-field miniature self-contained photoelectric sensor in a compact rectangular thermoplastic housing. It senses with a 50 mm fixed-range cutoff using a 640 nm visible red beam, and employs fixed background suppression for reliable detection at a glance. It operates on 10–30 V DC and provides discrete bipolar outputs (one NPN, one PNP) in dark-operate mode. The sensor ships with a 0.15 m cable by default, and is also offered with a 150 mm (6 in) M8 pigtail QD lead to speed installation. Built with a thermoplastic housing and a polycarbonate lens, it carries an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance and an operating temperature range of -20 °C to 55 °C, with LED indicators to show power and sensing state. This model belongs to Banner’s compact Q12 family, designed for space-efficient integration in industrial automation environments.
