Q23SP6R is a miniature DC photoelectric sensor receiver in Banner Engineering's Q23 series, designed for 10–30 V DC operation and an 8 m (26 ft) sensing range in opposed-mode applications, with a 2 m (6.5 ft) cable. It features a visible red 680 nm beam, a PNP solid-state output, and a four‑pin connection with short-circuit protection. The ABS housing is IP67 (NEMA 4X) rated, and the unit includes a potentiometer for alignment along with LED indicators for Power, Output, and Status; it operates from −20 to 55 °C and tolerates up to 90% relative humidity at 50 °C, with an output response time of 1 ms. As part of the Q23 family, it also includes self-diagnostic circuitry and is intended to be paired with a compatible emitter in Q23 opposed-mode setups for reliable object sensing in industrial automation.
