Q45BB6RQS is Banner Engineering’s Q45 Series rugged rectangle photoelectric sensor, designed as the opposed-mode receiver in a DC system with solid-state outputs. It operates from 10 to 30 V DC and provides bipolar NPN/PNP outputs through a 4‑wire connection with a 7/8 in. mini quick-disconnect (integrated QD); the sensing beam is infrared at 880 nm. The receiver is intended to work with the Q45BB6E emitter for long-range detection, with a maximum sensing distance listed as 60,000 mm, and it offers light/dark operate, a 2 ms ON / 1 ms OFF response time, and a 100 ms power-up delay. The housing is thermoplastic and rated IP67 (NEMA 4X), built to withstand washdown, with an operating temperature range of -40 to 70 C. Status indicators include Power, Signal, and Output LEDs to simplify alignment and troubleshooting.
