The Banner Engineering Q45BW22DQ Photoelectric Sensor is a rugged, rectangular sensor designed for industrial washdown environments, operating from 90 to 250 VAC with a protected solid-state relay output rated up to 300 mA at 250 VAC. This model uses diffuse optical sensing with a 450 mm detection range, features a 30 mm barrel and acrylic lens, and comes with a Mini 7/8 in quick-disconnect connection for easy wiring. It offers light/dark operate, adjustable via a potentiometer, and status is shown by Power, Signal, and Output LEDs; operating temperature ranges from -40 to 70 C. Designed to withstand 1200 psi washdown and rated IP67, it is suitable for wet production lines and harsh manufacturing environments.
