The Banner Engineering Q45BW22FQ24 Photoelectric Sensor is a rugged one-piece rectangular sensor in the Q45 family, designed for harsh industrial environments and powered from 90–250 VAC with a solid-state output rated up to 300 mA at up to 250 VAC. It supports multiple sensing modes including opposed, diffuse, retroreflective, and convergent, with glass and plastic fiber optic variants available, and it can be configured for light or dark operation. The device uses a protected solid-state relay output and offers modular options such as timing logic and signal-strength display modules, with prewired cables (2 m or 9 m) or Mini- or Micro-style quick-disconnect fittings. Built to withstand washdown, its construction is rated IP67 and it can endure washdown up to 1200 psi, making it suitable for conveyors, packaging lines, and other automated systems in damp environments.
