Q45ULIU64ACR is Banner Engineering’s U‑GAGE Q45U ultrasonic sensor with analog output, designed for proximity/time‑of‑flight distance sensing from 100 mm to 1.4 m. It operates on 15–24 V DC and provides a selectable analog output of 0–10 V DC or 4–20 mA sourcing, with a 2 m (6.5 ft) cable and a 5‑pin connection. Encased in a rugged IP67 (NEMA 4X) rectangular housing molded from PBT, it features teaching controls (Teach button and DIP switches), a 230 kHz ultrasonic frequency, and a response time adjustable from 40 ms to 1.28 s. Ideal for applications such as part detection, level sensing, or obstacle monitoring in harsh industrial environments where liquids or dust are present.
