Q45ULIU64BCRQ is Banner Engineering’s Q45U-series versatile ultrasonic sensor with analog output, designed for reliable non-contact distance sensing in rugged environments. It operates on 15–24 V DC and delivers an adjustable 0–10 V DC or 4–20 mA analog output, enabling direct PLC or D/A converter interfacing. The sensor’s Time-of-Flight ultrasonic system detects targets from 250 mm to 3,000 mm with a 128 kHz transducer, and can be configured via a Teach button and DIP switches for sensitivity and response time; remote teach is supported. It’s built in a rectangular housing with a Mini QD quick disconnect (5-pin) for fast field wiring, and is rated IP67 and NEMA 4X for use in wet or dusty environments. Operating temperature is -25 to +70 C, ensuring stable performance in demanding applications such as level, distance, or object-detection tasks in manufacturing, packaging, or material handling lines.
