Banner Engineering Q45ULIU64BCRQ Ultrasonic Proximity Sensor

Banner Engineering Q45ULIU64BCRQ is a Q45U series ultrasonic proximity sensor in Analog Proximity Mode with a sensing range of 250 mm to 3 m. It is powered by 15–24 V DC and offers a selectable 0–10 V DC or 4–20 mA current-sourcing output, enabling straightforward integration with PLCs and instrumentation. The sensor uses a Mini-Style Integral Quick Disconnect (QD) connector for easy wiring, and its enclosure is IP67 rated and UL 4X compliant, suitable for dirty or wet industrial environments. Applications include non-contact detection of part presence or distance along conveyors, in packaging and automation lines, and other machinery where robust ultrasonic sensing is needed.
