Banner Engineering Q45VR2FP Photoelectric Sensor

The Banner Q45VR2FP is a rugged, fiber-optic photoelectric sensor in Banner's Q45VR2 family that operates on 90–250 VAC and provides a reliable SPST electromechanical relay output. This opposed-mode configuration uses a separate emitter and receiver housed in two units, with the FP variant offering a 5-wire, 2 m cable for straightforward wiring. The Q45VR2FP supports light/dark operate selection and features Banner's high-excess gain (up to 1000) and a fiber optic interface compatible with PIT46U and PIT26U fibers. Designed for demanding industrial environments, it is suitable for sensing tasks on conveyors, packaging lines, and other automation applications where fiber optics help keep the sensing element isolated from dust, moisture, or EMI.
