Banner Engineering Q45VR3DLQ Photoelectric Sensor is a rugged, diffuse-mode sensor in the Q45 Series that combines a compact infrared emitter/receiver in a thermoplastic rectangular housing for reliable presence sensing in challenging environments. The sensor detects reflective targets up to 1.8 m (1800 mm) and communicates through a SPDT electromechanical relay output via a 5-pin Mini Integral Quick Disconnect (QD). It accepts AC/DC universal power from 12–250 V DC or 24–250 V AC, and its IP67-rated enclosure (NEMA 4X) protects against dust and water exposure in production settings. Core specifications include a 30 mm barrel diameter, an infrared sensing beam, and a diffuser mode that enables detection of nearby objects within the stated range.
