Q4XFKLAF310-Q8 is Banner Engineering’s Q4X Series rugged laser distance sensor with a 310 mm sensing range, designed for harsh industrial environments. It operates from 10–30 V DC and delivers two discrete outputs: one configurable PNP/NPN with IO-Link communication and a second PNP output, all communicated over a 4‑pin M12 integral quick disconnect, housed in a flush‑mount stainless steel enclosure. The sensor uses a visible red laser, supports Background/Foreground suppression, and is IP67/IP68/IP69K rated (NEMA 4X), with a maximum operating temperature of 50 C and a minimum of -10 C, plus a fast 1.5 ms response time for high‑speed applications. It also offers Remote Teach, IO-Link, and ECOLAB‑certified chemical resistance for washdown environments, making it suitable for conveyor alignment, part presence verification, and other automation tasks in demanding manufacturing settings.
