Q4XTULAF100-Q8 is Banner Engineering's Q4X Series rugged laser distance sensor with a 25–100 mm sensing range and a 0–10 V analog output. It runs on 12–30 V DC, uses a visible red Class 1 laser, and provides a 5-pin M12 integral quick-disconnect; adjustments include push-button and remote teach, with a minimum response time of 0.5 ms. Encased in stainless steel, the unit is rated IP67, IP68, and IP69K, is NEMA 4X compliant, and supports washdown environments, ECOLAB certification, and chemical resistance. The sensor tolerates up to 5,000 lux of ambient light and operates from -10 to 50 C.
