Banner Engineering Q60BB6AFV1000Q Photoelectric Sensor

The Banner Engineering Q60BB6AFV1000Q is a self-contained photoelectric sensor from the Q60AFV family with a 200–1000 mm adjustable cutoff and a 665 nm visible red beam. It uses a 5-pin M12 integral quick-disconnect, provides a bipolar output (one NPN and one PNP) and operates on 10–30 V DC. Housed in thermoplastic with IP67/NEMA 4X ratings, it includes screw-adjustment for the cutoff, LED indicators, remote teach, and background-suppression sensing to reduce mis-triggers from backgrounds. The unit offers a fast 2 ms output response, 500 µs repeatability, and a power-up delay of 150 ms, and it supports operation across -20°C to 55°C. With a sensing distance up to 1000 mm, it is well-suited for inline conveyors, part-detection, and edge/gap sensing where stable performance at moderate distances is required.
