Banner Engineering Q60BB6LAF2000QP Photoelectric Sensor

Banner Engineering's Q60BB6LAF2000QP is a Q60 Series adjustable-field laser photoelectric sensor with a 200–2000 mm detection range. It uses a visible red laser (Class 2) to form a small bright spot for reliable detection of small or low-reflectivity targets while rejecting background objects beyond the adjustable cutoff. The device operates on 10–30 V DC and provides bipolar outputs (one NPN and one PNP) across a 5-wire circuit, paired with a 150 mm (6 in) M12 pigtail QD cable (QP suffix) for direct wiring. It features adjustable background-suppression sensing, a 2 ms response time, a 1000 ms power-up delay, remote teach, and status LEDs, making it suitable for conveyors, packaging lines, and other automation tasks. The thermoplastic housing is IP67 and NEMA 4X rated, with an operating range from -10 to 50 C and up to 90% relative humidity at 50 C; the lens is acrylic and the unit uses screw-adjustable cutoff control. This model combines long-range detection, rugged packaging, and easy wiring to integrate into Banner Q60 systems without extensive cabling.
