Banner Engineering QC50A3P6XDWQ Photoelectric Sensor
Banner Engineering QC50A3P6XDWQ Photoelectric Sensor
Description:
The Banner Engineering QC50A3P6XDWQ True Color Sensor is a compact QC50 Series color-detection device that uses modulated white light with RGB filters to identify up to three colors at a typical 20 mm sensing range. It runs on 10–30 V DC and provides three PNP outputs on an 8-pin M12 integral quick-disconnect with an open shield, with IP67 and NEMA 4X enclosure ratings for use in harsh environments. Onboard configuration uses the Set and Select push buttons and a 4‑digit display, supported by three output LEDs to monitor status and enabling color-differentiation or color-plus-intensity operation across the three outputs. Key specs include a 20 mm typical sensing range (varying by configuration), a sensing wavelength of 400–700 nm, a 335 µs response time, a 500 ms power-up delay, a 4 mm beam spot, and operating temperature from −10 to 55 °C with up to 90% relative humidity at 50 °C.
