Banner Engineering QDE-1225E Cable Assemblies

QDE-1225E is Banner Engineering’s single-ended M12 cordset that provides a ready-to-install connection between Banner sensors, safety devices, and control equipment. On one end it uses an 11-pin straight female M12 connector; on the opposite end are flying leads, enabling flexible terminations in tight equipment enclosures. The 7.6 m (25 ft) cordset is built with a yellow PVC jacket over a 6.00 mm outside diameter cable, nickel-plated brass coupling nut, and a black PUR overmold for durability in industrial environments, and it carries 11 conductors of 24 AWG. This assembly is rated IP67 for protection against dust and water ingress, operates from -40 to 70 C, and is specified for up to 2 A at 30 V DC, making it suitable for power and signal transmission in rugged installations where a pre-made, field-ready cordset can reduce wiring time and improve reliability. Compatible with Banner’s QDE family components and common automation wiring practices, the QDE-1225E delivers a compact, robust cordset option for industrial control panels and safety systems.
