The Banner QM30VT1 Sure Cross vibration and temperature sensor is a 2-axis device that provides vibration and temperature data through a 1‑Wire serial interface, designed for machine‑condition monitoring in industrial environments. It is powered from 3.6–5.5 V DC and housed in a rugged aluminum rectangular enclosure with IP67 sealing and a NEMA 4X rating for harsh environments. The unit ships with a 2.09 m (6.9 ft) M12 pigtail QD and uses a 5‑pin M12 connector for its 1‑Wire interface, with wiring: Pin 1 Brown power IN (+), Pin 2 White 1‑Wire data select, Pin 3 Blue ground, Pin 5 Gray 1‑Wire serial communications (Pin 4 reserved). The sensor face marks the X and Z axes for orientation, and it is rated for operating temperatures up to 105 C. Compatible Banner Nodes power the sensor and periodically request data via the 1‑Wire interface, enabling straightforward integration into Banner’s Sure Cross ecosystem.
