The Banner QS186EBQ5 World-BEAM QS18 Series emitter (Flush Front) delivers a 3 m infrared beam for opposed-mode sensing when paired with a QS18 receiver. It runs on 10–30 V DC, has a 0.15 m (6 in) lead with a 12-inch Quick Disconnect (QD) and a 4-wire configuration, and carries IP67 and NEMA 4X ratings for rugged, wet/dusty environments. The emitter uses a 940 nm infrared LED beam, mounts flush-front, and is designed to work with Banner’s QS18 family to form a complete sensing pair with a 3 m range, making it suitable for compact installations on conveyors and packaging lines.
