The Banner QS18VP6AF100 photoelectric sensor is a compact, all‑purpose unit in Banner’s QS18 family, offering a 1–100 mm adjustable sensing field with a 20–100 mm adjustable cutoff for precise edge detection. It operates on 10–30 V DC with a 2 m (6.5 ft) cordset and provides complementary PNP outputs, all enclosed in an IP67/NEMA 4X‑rated ABS housing with an acrylic lens. The sensor uses a 640 nm visible red LED sensing beam and supports light/dark operation along with background suppression through mechanical adjustment, aided by a 4‑pin connection and a 200 ms power‑up delay.
