Banner Engineering RSBFF100 Fixed-Field Sensor Head

Banner Engineering's RSBFF100 MAXI-BEAM Fixed-Field Sensor Head delivers a fixed optical sensing field with a 100 mm maximum distance for reliable part detection in tight spaces. As part of the MAXI-BEAM Fixed-Field family, it uses an infrared emitter at 880 nm and two receivers to create a high-gain field with a fixed 100 mm cutoff, ignoring objects beyond the range. It is designed to work with Banner power blocks and ships with a Wiring Base (RWB4), a programming ring to select light- or dark-operate output, and a top LED indicator that signals detection; operating temperature is −40 to 70°C, and the housing is a reinforced VALOX construction with molded acrylic lenses and epoxy-encapsulated electronics. Note that MAXI-BEAM fixed-field heads are not compatible with 2-wire power blocks.
