The Banner Engineering S18AW3LPQ1 is an epoxy-encapsulated, 18 mm barrel-mount photoelectric sensor from the S18 Series designed for polarized retroreflective detection. It runs on AC supply from 20 to 250 VAC and features a SPST output with a 1/2" quick-disconnect (Q1) connector, configured as light-operate. With a 2 m sensing range, the sensor is well-suited for presence checks and gap sensing on parts-handling equipment, conveyors, and packaging lines where a retroreflective target is used. The rugged epoxy-encapsulated housing protects the sensor in industrial environments while keeping the compact 18 mm barrel form factor.
