Banner Engineering S18RW3D Photoelectric Sensor is a barrel-mount, epoxy-encapsulated diffuse sensor from the EZ‑BEAM S18 family. It detects targets up to 100 mm away using an infrared LED and provides a SPST solid-state output that operates in dark conditions (Dark Operate). Powered from 20 to 250 VAC, it uses a 3‑wire connection and ships with a 2 m (6.5 ft) pre-wired cable. The device carries IP67 and IP69K ratings and NEMA 4X protection, making it suitable for challenging industrial environments. With an approximate 16 ms response time, the S18RW3D utilizes the S18 Series diffuse sensing platform in a compact epoxy-encapsulated barrel housing.
