The Banner Engineering S18SN6LPQ is an 18 mm barrel-mount, epoxy-encapsulated polarized retroreflective photoelectric sensor in the S18 series, designed for compact, reliable detection on conveyors, feeders, and packaging lines. It operates from 10–30 V DC and provides an NPN output, with a 2 m sensing range, and it uses a four-pin M12 quick-disconnect connector for easy wiring in tight spaces. As a polarized retroreflective model, it detects reflected light from a reflector target, delivering stable sensing in environments with background light or clutter. The LO/DO configurable option adds flexibility for logic and sensitivity to match different automation architectures.
