The Banner Engineering S18SP6DLQ is an 18 mm diffuse photoelectric sensor from the S18 Series, housed in an epoxy-encapsulated barrel-mount enclosure for rugged industrial use. It detects diffuse reflections up to 300 mm (11.8 in) away and operates on 10–30 V DC, delivering a PNP output through a four-pin M12 connector. The device supports dark-on or light-on operation, making it adaptable to varying surface reflectivity, and is well suited for inline part detection on conveyors, packaging lines, and other automation applications in harsh environments.
