Banner Engineering S18UUARQ Photoelectric Sensor

Banner Engineering's S18UUARQ is a compact S18U-Series ultrasonic sensor with a right-angle 18 mm barrel that non-contactly measures distance from 30 to 300 mm using time-of-flight ultrasound. It provides a 0–10 V analog output powered from 12–30 V DC and uses a 5‑pin M12 quick-disconnect connector for rugged field wiring, with the barrel featuring an M18 thread for mounting. Built for harsh environments, the unit is IP67 and NEMA 4X rated, operates from -20 to 60 C, and uses a 300 kHz transducer with a rapid 2.5 ms response time, while adjustments are available via push-button or remote teach. In addition to the analog output, the sensor supports bipolar discrete outputs (NPN/PNP), enabling flexible integration into automation systems.
