Banner Engineering SBCX1 Photoelectric Sensor

SBCX1 is Banner Engineering’s Multi‑Beam convergent scanner block (3/4‑wire) that anchors the high‑gain, reflective sensing of the MULTI‑BEAM family. It features a 38 mm (1.5 in) focal point and an infrared beam at 880 nm, delivering a 10 ms on/off response time for rapid, precise target detection on conveyors and other automation lines. Input and output are defined by the connected power block, with interconnecting pins standard for Banner amplifiers to form a complete sensing chain. The SBCX1 is designed to deliver the greatest optical gain available in reflective mode sensors, and Banner’s exclusive AID alignment system assists setup while ambient‑light rejection and edge transmitter/edge guide options support specialized applications.
