The Banner SC26-2E Safety Controller is a compact, non-expandable base controller with 26 input channels designed for robust machine safety monitoring. It provides two pairs of PNP safety outputs (0.5 A each) to safely stop or enable downstream equipment, and it includes Ethernet and USB connectivity for integration, diagnostics, and programming. This model operates from a 24 V DC supply and draws about 140 mA, with removable screw terminals that simplify field wiring. Eight inputs are convertible, offering flexible configuration to accommodate a mix of safety and non-safety signals within a single unit, while the remaining inputs monitor devices such as emergency stops, interlocks, enabling devices, light curtains, and rope pulls.
