Banner Engineering SI-HG63FQDR Hinged Safety Interlock Switch

Banner Engineering SI-HG63FQDR is a stainless-steel hinge-style safety interlock switch designed to monitor guard doors and gates in industrial safety systems. This inline QD variant mounts on the right side of the load-bearing hinge with a downward-facing 6-pin M12 quick-disconnect, delivering three contacts (2 NC and 1 NO) for interlock and guard-monitoring circuits up to 230 VAC and 3 A. It carries IP67 protection, operates from -25 °C to 70 °C, and measures 147 x 82 x 20 mm, with a repositionable safety switching point across a 270° hinge travel; Banner lists a PL e safety rating, SIL CL 3, and Cat 4 safety performance for properly interfaced systems, alongside a B10d life of 2 million cycles.
