Banner Engineering SI-HG80DQD Electrical Switch

SI-HG80DQD is Banner Engineering’s hinge-style safety interlock switch designed for guarding hinged machine doors. Encased in a rugged zinc die-cast housing measuring 97 x 72 x 19 mm with IP67 protection and a washdown rating, it uses a 4‑pin M12 quick-disconnect inline connection to deliver 1 normally closed and 1 normally open safety contact. The switch point is set once at manufacture (one-time set) with a 180° actuation range and a mechanical life of about 1 million cycles. It carries Cat 4 safety, PL e, and SIL CL 3, with a B10d life of 2 million cycles, and operates from -25 to 70 °C. It features no in-series diagnostics, and is intended to be integrated with Banner safety relays or amplifiers to stop hazardous machinery when a hinged door opens.
