The Banner Engineering SI-HG80DQD is a hinge‑style safety interlock switch integrated into a load‑bearing zinc die‑cast hinge, delivering IP67 protection and a compact inline M12 quick‑disconnect connection. It uses SPDT safety contacts (1 NC/1 NO) with a four‑pin M12 inline QD and a one‑time‑set switching point across a 180° hinge range, in a housing measuring 97 × 72 × 19 mm. The operating temperature range is −25 °C to 70 °C and it offers a mechanical life of 1 million cycles with a Cat 4 safety rating (PL e) when properly interfaced with a compatible controller.
