Banner Engineering SI-LM40KHD Safety Limit Switch Interlock

The Banner Engineering SI-LM40KHD Safety Limit Switch Interlock is a rugged, non-locking DPST safety interlock body with a metal housing, designed for guarding machine access doors and gates. It provides two independent switching circuits on contacts 11-12 and 23-24, enabling dual-channel safety monitoring when integrated with Banner safety controllers or compatible systems. The interlock supports 110 VAC or 24 VDC operation and is rated for up to 10 A AC and 6 A DC, with UL, CE and CSA certifications. Its compact enclosure measures about 113 mm × 40 mm × 42 mm and features IP65 sealing for dust and water exposure, with M20 cable entry. In kit form (Kit Model 1 SI-LM40MKHD) it can be paired with actuator SI-QM-SSA Straight, Rigid, In-Line. This interlock is intended for use in industrial guarding applications to ensure the machine remains inhibited when a guard is open and permits restart only after the guard is closed and the interlock is satisfied.
