Banner Engineering SI-LS42DMMIF Locking Guard Safety Switch

The Banner Engineering SI-LS42DMMIF is a locking-style guard interlock switch that keeps a machine guard securely engaged until the hazardous motion has come to a complete stop. This 24 V AC/DC solenoid-locking device uses a compact thermoplastic housing (170 x 43 x 45 mm) and a Power Lock mechanism with flexible actuation, delivering 2 NC/1 NO safety contacts plus 1 NC monitor contact. It is rated IP67 and operable from -25 to 70 °C, with CAT 4 safety performance and SIL CL 3, and it supports a minimum hinged door size of 150 mm with an extraction force of 1500 N. Electrical performance includes a 24 V AC/DC supply, 4.4 VA operating power, 12 VA inrush, and a mechanical life of about 1 million cycles.
