Banner Engineering SI-QM-90A 90 Degree Actuator

The Banner Engineering SI-QM-90A is a flexible, 90-degree metal actuator for Banner SI Series safety interlock switches, designed to accommodate misaligned doors or guard covers with a trumpet-style inline actuator that can bend in all directions. The actuator head can be rotated in 90-degree increments to eight positions (four vertical and four horizontal) to fit a wide range of mounting orientations. Made of metal and weighing about 1 lb per pack, the SI-QM-90A delivers positive-opening safety contacts and a standard limit-switch design for reliable interlock operation as the guard closes. A minimum engagement radius of 150 mm (roughly 6 inches) helps ensure dependable actuation on hinged closures, making it suitable for industrial safety guarding in environments where precise alignment is challenging.
