Banner Engineering SI-QM100AMG Safety Interlock Switch

The Banner Engineering SI-QM100AMG Safety Interlock Switch is a locking-style interlock in Banner’s SI-QM100 family, designed to guard access doors on industrial equipment. It uses a 120 V AC solenoid to lock the actuator and provides two contact pairs (each pair 1 NC/1 NO) with Ui up to 250 V AC and Ith up to 10 A (4 A max at 250 V AC) for safety interlock circuits. The unit features an aluminum die-cast housing, weighs about 0.81 kg, and uses a threaded M20 x 1.5 cable entry (with an adapter available to 1/2" NPT). It is rated IP67, operates from -30°C to +60°C, and supports actuator engagement radii of 400 mm for inline actuators or 150 mm for flexible actuators, with a maximum actuator speed of 1.5 m/s; the solenoid lock disengages if power is lost. End products must provide appropriate overcurrent protection per Banner’s guidance.
