Banner Engineering SI-QS90E Interlock Safety Switch

The Banner SI-QS90E is a compact plastic interlock safety switch (90 x 52 x 33 mm) with two safety contacts, designed to be mounted on guard doors or access points to reliably signal when a gate is closed. Its thermoplastic housing carries an IP65 rating and operates from -30°C to 80°C, delivering a PL e safety performance and Cat 4 safety category, with a SIL CL 3 rating as part of Banner's safety-integrated design. The device uses two NC safety contacts for interlock signaling, with a wiring-chamber connection and a mechanical life of 1 million operations; SISTEMA indicates B10d = 2 million.
