Description:
The Banner Engineering SLO30VB6YQPMA13LODO Slot Sensor is a compact emitter/receiver pair housed in a single thermoplastic shell for through-slot sensing. It delivers up to a 30 mm sensing range with a 2 mm minimum detectable object, and the slot is 45 mm deep with a slot/housing depth listed at 52 mm and 72 mm depending on configuration. The sensor operates on 10–30 V DC and provides bipolar outputs (NPN and PNP) via a 5‑pin M12 quick-disconnect, with a 0.2 m cable length option available for the model family. It carries IP67 and NEMA 4X ratings, enabling robust use in harsh environments, and is rated for -40 to 70 °C ambient temperatures with up to 90% relative humidity at 50 °C. The unit uses an infrared beam (approximately 890 nm) and features two status LEDs for Power and Signal, supports light/dark operating modes, and offers a rapid response time of 0.3 ms with 75 µs repeatability.
