SLSE14-600Q8 is Banner Engineering's EZ-SCREEN 14 mm/30 mm safety light-curtain emitter, designed to guard hazardous machine zones in automated production lines. It delivers a defined area height of 600 mm (23.6 in) with 80 beams and a 14 mm resolution across the curtain’s sensing field, offering a 6 m (20 ft) operating range to detect interruptions quickly; the specified response time for the 600 mm height is 23 ms. The unit comes in a 671 mm (26.4 in) enclosure and terminates with an 8-pin M12 connector for robust, field-installable wiring. As the emitter half of an EZ-SCREEN 14/30 pair, SLSE14-600Q8 is intended to work with the corresponding SLSR14-600Q8 receiver and the SLSCP14-600Q88 pair to form a complete safety curtain used to guard access to hazardous machinery. This product is part of Banner’s EZ-SCREEN SLS family, which supports multiple defined area heights across the 14/30 safety-light curtain family, enabling scalable safeguarding configurations while preserving quick field setup and reliable signaling when a beam is broken.
