Banner Engineering SM2A312FP Mini-Beam Plastic Fiber Optic Sensor is a compact, self-contained photoelectric sensor in Banner’s Mini-Beam AC Voltage Series. It runs on 24 to 240 VAC and provides a SPST solid-state output, with a plastic fiber optic interface that enables sensing through remote fiber heads. The unit ships with a 2 m (6.5 ft) cable for straightforward wiring, and uses a visible red beam (650 nm) to aid alignment and targeting of small or fast-moving parts.
