Banner Engineering SM30AW3RQ1 EZ-BEAM opposed-mode receiver delivers a 60 m (200 ft) infrared sensing range for 880 nm beams when paired with a compatible SM30 emitter, housed in a rugged 30 mm VALOX barrel designed for washdown and harsh industrial environments. It operates from 20–250 VAC at 50/60 Hz and drives a solid-state AC output rated up to 300 mA continuous, with an on-state voltage drop of about 3 V at full load (2 V at lighter loads) and a non-repetitive inrush of 1 A for 20 ms. The AW3RQ1 suffix indicates a light-operate configuration with a micro-type quick-disconnect fitting, and the unit is fully sealed to IP67/NEMA 6P with epoxy-encapsulated electronics; two jam nuts are included for secure mounting.
