Banner Engineering SM312CVQD Photoelectric Sensor

SM312CVQD is Banner Engineering's MINI-BEAM DC voltage sensor in a compact 4-pin M12 QD housing, designed for convergent photoelectric sensing. It emits a visible red beam at 650 nm and uses a 16 mm focal point, delivering focused detection for small parts in tight spaces. Operates on 10-30 V DC and provides bipolar outputs: 1 NPN and 1 PNP, giving both sinking and sourcing options from a single device. The integral M12 QD simplifies wiring in panel or machine mounts. With IP67 and NEMA 4X ratings, it withstands dust, moisture, and washdown environments. In convergent mode, the sensor offers a fixed focus range of 16 mm, making it less susceptible to background light than diffuse configurations. This model is part of Banner's MINI-BEAM family and is compatible with Banner amplifiers and system components to form a complete sensing solution.
