Banner Engineering SM31EMHSQDP is a MINI-BEAM high-speed emitter designed for opposed-mode photoelectric sensing in industrial automation. It operates on 10–30 V DC, with a 0.15 m M12 pigtail quick-disconnect (QD) cable, infrared LED sensing beam, and a maximum sensing distance of 3000 mm (3 m); the thermoplastic, rectangular housing is mountable on M18 hardware and rated IP67/NEMA 4X, with operating temperatures from -20 to 70 C and a repeatability of 140 µs, plus a 0.3 ms MHS response time. Connection is via a 4-pin Pigtail QD, and the emitter is intended to be paired with a compatible Banner amplifier for opposed-mode sensing in high-speed production lines.
